How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. The email you receive will contain information on how to track your order. All orders are shipped using UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Once you have entered your shipping details in the checkout, our shopping cart will provide you with real-time shipping prices from the UPS web server. Once you have chosen a shipping method, the price will be added to your order.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Only residents of the state of Indiana will be charged sales tax at the current rate.

Returns Policy

In order to return a defective item, the customer must have a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a Return Product Form (RPF). These can be obtained by calling customer service toll free at 1-877-964-4537 and must accompany all returns. This will ensure that your return will be processed in a timely manner. All returns should be made via a traceable carrier in order to ensure return delivery. Returned items should be shipped to Elrey Enterprises with freight prepaid. Do Woggler products carry a warranty?

Elrey Enterprises, Inc, Corydon, IN, the manufacturer of the Woggler and associated products does hereby warranty to the purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Manufacturer shall only be liable under this warranty if the product is used in a proper manner as specified in the instructions enclosed with the product. Manufacturer shall not be liable under this warranty for failure by the purchaser to properly install any replacement parts and components. Subject to the conditions stated in the limited warranty, manufacturer shall replace this product, without charge, if the product fails to perform due to a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase along with date of purchase for this limited warranty to apply. Manufacturer specifically disavows any other representation, warranty or liability related to the condition or use of the product.
